The best way to relieve stress in this area is to start planning and getting your 2020 tax documents in order.
Even though the Covid-19 vaccine has been rolled out, precautions need to be taken during this Winter period to keep ourselves safe. I give my clients several options to safely get me their tax documents:
- You can scan your documents and upload these to a secure cloud storage location that is designed for sensitive documents. Information is encrypted on the upload, in the cloud, and on the download.
- Scanning can be accomplished using your own personal scanner. Sometimes this is in the form of the 3 in 1 printer/scanners and also some of you may have purchased dedicated scanners for this purpose. Your Smartphone (iPhone or Android) can also scan using a special App. These will scan directly to a pdf format.
- Drop off your materials in person. We can have a quick appointment at my office that will have social distancing and plenty of fresh air so that documents can be safely given to me. See below the picture of my office.

5. I will not schedule an appointment with you if I am sick or not feeling well. You should also do the same. Facemasks will be required unless you have some extenuating circumstances.
I am also available to discuss over the phone or in a video Zoom conference any questions that you might have regarding your tax situation.
I am always available for your questions. You can contact me by emailing or phoning:
